Sayre K-12 School Campus Master Plan

Urban Collage/Lord Aeck Sargent was engaged by Sayre School to develop a Campus Master Plan for their campus located north of downtown Lexington.

Based on the site visits, assessments and discussions with Staff and Board members, priority projects were identified and illustrated, and a conceptual layout was developed that included both new educational buildings and student-oriented open spaces. The planning process focused on creating better internal pedestrian connections, improving the relationship between campus edges and adjacent land uses, and accommodating flexibility for future school expansion. The resulting Sayre School Campus Plan envisions an invigorating, safe and educational atmosphere for the students, faculty and staff.
