X Phoenix Basecamp is a 19-story residential apartment building with 375 apartments (494 beds) in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. Fifteen residential levels sit atop three levels of parking which is above a ground level with leasing, mailroom, bike storage, co-working and retail spaces. The project has limited amenity spaces as residents have access to a large amenity package at a larger mixed-use development two blocks away.
